We are a small family run Lake District holiday accommodation agency offering (with just a few exceptions) an
all inclusive rental price.
Our limited overheads mean low prices and we pride ourselves on our value for
money approach. We know all our properties personally. This individual knowledge means we can match your needs to particular cottages, and help you plan your ideal holiday.
A growing proportion of our guests have stayed several times before, indicating a high level of satisfaction.
We are open all year round and take out of season or last minute short breaks, weekend breaks, romantic breaks.

The atmosphere and idiosyncrasies of each property are reflected on our website, and while some maybe more luxuriously appointed than others, all are carefully prepared and maintained.

If you are looking for a cottage to rent in Ambleside, Grasmere, Staveley, South Lakes, Bowness on Windermere, Kendal, Lindale, Ulverston, near Coniston and Newby Bridge - then we should have something for you. We have one to three bedroomed cottages sleeping 1 to 6 guests.
For those feeling energetic, you can go fell walking, rock climbing, abseiling, orienteering, cycling or even mountain biking. Other activities include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, pony treking, golf or bird-watching.
