Tucked into the fell side above Dove Cottage on the outskirts of Grasmere can be found Helm Crag part of a large Lakeland house set in delightful grounds. A comfortable living room which boasts breathtaking views of the lake and tree clad fells beyond from the picture window. Bright modern kitchen with access to your own fellside picnic area. Fully co-ordianted double bedroom and luxury bathroom.

Helm Crag has undergone major refurbishment in February 2008 - fully tiled luxury bathroom, Italian soft leather sofas, dining and bedroom furniture: redecorated with quality wall coverings and Laura Ashley soft furnishings.

Grasmere is probably Lakeland's' prettiest village, nestling in the heart of the Lake District National Park, about 3 miles north of Lake Windermere.

From the rear of the grounds a small gate takes you to fellside paths, a walkers' paradise. A short stroll will bring you to the heart of the village, set beside the jewel that is Grasmere Lake, surrounded by lofty fells.
