Linden Tree Cottage in the bypassed village of Lindale is an ideal holiday retreat. The post office, village shop, park and two traditional pubs are all reached within a short walk.
Lindale is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the Howgill fells and Levens Valley.

Linden Tree Cottage is a newly built property which was completed December 2006, and has been built with careful attention to detail so that it is in-keeping with its neighbours.

The cottage is on three floors with real wood flooring throughout.

On the ground floor contemporary bright and airy open plan living space with well equipt kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burning stove will delight guests seeking an upto the minute feel to their holiday retreat.

On the second floor you will find the spacious master bedroom, single bedroom and luxurious bathroom with bath, over head shower and W/C.

The third floor leads to the spacious twin room which has views across to the fells.

An ideal base for touring, walking, sailing, fishing, mountain biking or simply unwinding. The Edwardian seaside town of Grange-over-Sands known as the Riviera of Cumbria with its tropical gardens and ornamental lake is only 2 miles away, the village of Cartmel famous for its horse races and sticky toffee pudding is 3 miles, and the bottom end of Lake Windermere and Newby Bridge is 4 ½ miles.
